What a gorgeous flower and an amazing color. I have one aloe too but it bloomed just once in many years and not such a gorgeous color.
Lovely macro!

I've never had an aloe yet to flower - I have seen many in flower in quite a few blogs in the past month - I love the salmony pink flowers.

Sheesh! I thought an "allo" (aloe?) was the way a Brit greeted someone!

Beautiful photograph, by the way.

It is aloe flowering time here too Jose and they bring such a wonderful splash of colour to the landscape.

Man, took a look at the pictures on your blog, just had to say that I love them so much, such clarity and color.

That is just stunning--this fills my eyes, which is the greatest compliment I can give.

I laughed when you said you thought hummingbirds might be a big bee! I was just putting the feeders back out a few minutes ago, and one of them buzzed so close I felt his wings whisper against my face. Tch tch tch!
