I've never seen such before...it's beautiful and scary at the same time...evidently, it cannot be around other fish?

Terrific photo. Will it attack you if you put your hand in the tank, or does it just attack other fishies?

Jacob, Bettas are supposed to be peaceful but the thing is males fight to death among them, that's why there can only be one per tank. On the other hand, you can have a tank full of females with no problems at all.

Reminds me of my doggie. She was very courageous as long as there was absolutely nothing dangerous in sight... ;)

a gorgeous fish. your fish tank is amazing. I am glad to hear you like snorkeling. Dave and I love to snorkel. Dave has taken some amazing underwater photos. The underwater world is fascinating.
